We are able to help you throughout the course of your lifetime to try and make sure that your affairs are in good an order as possible.

For many people this means making a Will. Whilst a Will is an essential document to have completed, it is not the only thing that we should all consider. A Lasting Power of Attorney is so useful to have in place. Should anything happen to you meaning you are unable to look after and manage your own affairs your attorney can step in. Often thought of as something the elderly should have, they are in fact useful for all to have in place young or old. The elderly have special needs and requirements and we are able to advise on those.

Whilst we offer many services to our living clients, on death we can also provide a probate service. Depending on the complexity of the estate, this can involve dealing with the Probate Registry, HM Revenue and Customs and the payment of inheritance tax. We can provide a full administration service or if required a more limited service.
